Muskegon Catholic Central High School offers a college-preparatory curriculum with access to vocational and advanced placement courses to 270 students, grades 9-12. MCC offers a campus ministry program, up-to-date technology, academic and personal counseling, and many opportunities for parent involvement. Athletics, arts, and service programs provide learning experiences for students outside of the classroom.

Muskegon Catholic Central High School is accredited by the North Central Association and works in accordance with and under the guidelines of the Office of Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Grand Rapids and the National Catholic Education Association.
