Gifted Testing

Do you feel that your student could be in the Gifted Program?
Services for Exceptional Students will be offering gifted testing after Spring break. If you would like to refer your child/student for testing, contact Diana White at 505-721-1814

School Calendar Amendment

This will account for the three days canceled at the beginning of the year to be added to the end of the year.

All GMCS Schools and buildings will be closed March 15-19 for Spring Break

Student Meal UPDATE

Starting on Tuesday, Feb. 9th Our amazing bus drivers will be transporting children safely to the school for in person learning. Bus site meal service will be adjusted 1 hour later than normal.
Ex. If you picked up your child’s meal at a bus stop at 10am the pick-up time will now be 11:00

Synergy Parent Portal

This portal will give you access to your child (or children)’s current grades, report cards, attendance and more.

Parent Portal Information

The Synergy Parent Portal is now available – this portal will give you access to your child (or children)’s current grades, report cards, attendance and more.

You will need an activation key, provided by school staff, to create your account to access the portal. Activation keys will only be provided via email, due to COVID-19.

Please contact the school site (only one site, if you have multiple children in the district), to request your activation key. School staff will be asking you questions to confirm your identity, to ensure we are not giving access to someone who is not the parent/legal guardian of the student(s).

Once school staff have a valid email address, they will send you a test email, while on the phone with you. Once confirmed that you have received the “test” email, they will then email the activation key and directions. School site staff will provide support as needed. If they are unable to assist you, they will collect your contact information and get back to you ASAP with a resolution

P-EBT info

The next P-EBT issuance for October/November benefits is currently being worked on and will be issued as soon as possible. The New Mexico Human Services Department recognizes the need for these benefits and will issue as soon as they are able to.
