Effective May 22, 2020 GMCS Procurement has launched a new Electronic Bidding Platform, whereby Vendors are able to Register to become a GMCS vendor, view and download competitive solicitations (ITBs, RFPs, Quotes, etc.), and submit bids, proposals, and quotes for solicitations electronically.
