Student Meal Plan
Dear Parents / Guardians
During these everchanging and challenging times, Gallup McKinley County Schools wishes to do all it can to support the wellbeing of the whole student with enrichment of the mind and body, providing healthy and nutritious food opportunities for all GMCS students.
Beginning August 17, 2020, the entire student body of Gallup McKinley County Schools will receive a FREE nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack package supporting a growing body and mind as one. Conveniently being offered with Curbside Grab and Go service from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm available at 19 designated school sites throughout the county.
Additionally, GMCS will also deliver meals to designated bus stops throughout the school district supporting students who may not be able to visit the school sites.
You can find a list of participating Bus Stops and Locations with the estimated time of delivery
All meals will be offered Monday through Friday.
Parents / Guardians of GMCS students may complete a Parent/Guardian waiver information form allowing parents to pick up meals from school sites and bus stops for all students in the household allowing students to remain at home.
Parents / Guardians: Please fill out the Waiver/Info form or you may pick one up at all participating sites, or from bus drivers.
Parents / Guardians, nutrition is a key factor as a building block of educating your student.
