Student Information System (PowerSchool)

The student information system, PowerSchool, will no longer be used by GMCS. All parent and student accounts have been disabled and you will no longer have access. Access/Instructions on the replacement student information system will be sent out at a later date.

Pre-K and Preschool Enrollment Information

Families need to call the school office and have their child put on a list. Rocky View area children can contact Indian Hills or Jefferson. Alternative Preschool/PreK enrollment process: Approved 5-27-20 If we are not able to complete the ASQ screenings during May due to covid 19 restrictions. Alternative enrollment plan for preschool age children: • Priorities all 4 year old students and take them in the order they are on the waiting list. • Keep a list of 3 year old children interested in attending preschool • Complete the Ages and Stages Questioner (ASQ) when school resumes in the Fall. To enroll your child for the 20-21 School Year and your child is not currently enrolled in a GMCS school, please click on the link to get the Enrollment Packet • You can email the completed and signed packet to Lori Clark at lclark@gmcs.org • Or if you are unable to print the packet, call or email Lori Clark at (505)721-2202/lclark@gmcs.org to have a packet mailed to you NOTE: if your child is currently enrolled, an annual update information packet will be given to them the first week of school for you to update information If you have any questions please call or email us!
