🎬 Thoreau Media Showcase | May 13, 2025 🎬 A huge shoutout to all the talented students who brought history, innovation, and creativity to life during this year's Media Showcase! 📸 Photo 1: Seniors Malaysia Nez and Jodace Larry took us back to the 1920s, dressed in period attire as they broke down the economic marvel of the Ford Model T. 📸 Photo 2: Seniors Nikki George, Khalil Dodge, and Matias Chavez impressed with video footage of the Model T assembly line, explaining how it sparked a massive economic boom — even doubling the minimum wage of the time. 🎞️ Photos 3–5: Juniors wowed us with their original 2-minute short films, showcasing storytelling, editing, and visual creativity. 🎥 Photos 6–8: Sophomore students created movie-size posters for their impactful 2-minute environmental awareness videos, blending art and advocacy. 👏 Thank you to all the students and staff who made this event a success! The future of media is bright at Thoreau High! #ThoreauMediaShowcase #StudentCreativity #FordModelT #EnvironmentalAwareness #ShortFilmMagic #ThoreauHighProud
